Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field (MBA a plus). 3–5+ years of management experience, ideally in building materials, quarrying, aggregates, or related industrial sectors. Proven success in sales and marketing leadership with measurable revenue growth results. Strong strategic thinking, analystical, computer, and business development skills. Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on operational oversight. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative and adaptability are essential. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $110,000 and up, depending on qualifications.
