Requirements
What You Bring
10+ years of customer marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally across multiple products or segments
A global mindset with experience supporting international customers
A portfolio of programs that moved the needle on expansion, retention, and advocacy
Strong cross-functional instincts and a track record of partnering with CS, Sales, and Product
Proven ability to turn customer signals (product usage, CS feedback, intent data) into marketing actions
Fluency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign orchestration platforms
A balance of strategy and execution — you can own a plan and build it too
