ShareIEH Laboratories, a leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Mechanical Engineer position at its facility in Seattle, WA. Ideal candidates will have the following: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) • At least 5 years' experience in designing and manufacturing of scientific instruments (required) • Hands-on rapid prototyping experience (required) • Solid (better than proficient) experience in 3D modeling • Product design experience (preferred) • Must be comfortable to take on a project from concept to production • Must be willing to learn and work in a team environment The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually. This is a full-time position, eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 6 paid holidays per year, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 401(k) (with up to 3% employer match after eligibility criteria are met). The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00am - 5:30pm.
