Licensed Solo or small firm attorney needed to accept referrals and oversee our paralegal services. We will train and support you for litigation and trial in all areas of civil litigation. Our staff has over forty years of intense heavy litigation experience to provide you with top-level support on cases we bring to you. We divide work with counsel with strict adherence to bar rules. You handle all funds we help with collection and billing. Areas include: 1. Research and brief writing using state-of-the-art legal systems and the latest AI tools. 2. Case overview and management. 3. Client and witness interviews and recorded statements and declaration preparation 4. Case structure-Evidence organization, Jury Instruction, and Case Brief evidentiary support. 5. Identify evidentiary needs and outline evidence acquisition needed. 6. Pretrial work up including required witness and exhibit lists. 7. Leading guidance and direction of internal and external staff. 8. Conduct mock trials and focus groups. 9.
