The auto tech is expected to have the ability to repair vehicles including the following: Remove and replace parts in the following systems; steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and regular maintenance including oil service, transmission service etc. Technicians with extensive experienced will be available as guides under most circumstances. Some tool ownership is expected, however certain/usual shop tools are provided including diagnostic scan tool, AC service, etc. The ideal candidate will fit well into a small business atmosphere of limited customer interaction, possess a great work ethic, be conscientious and have the ability to work independently and work in a customer-centered environment.
