Pay: $30/hr Job Type: Part-time Estimated Hours: Average of 15 hours per week We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented individual for a part-time Handyman/Painter position to assist with the upkeep of properties in the Nags Head, NC area. This role is perfect for a self-starter looking for flexible hours and consistent, light-duty work. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine and preventative house maintenance tasks. - Execute interior and exterior painting projects (touch-ups, full rooms, trim, deck staining/painting, etc.). - Perform minor repairs, including light carpentry, drywall patching, and light spackling/sanding. - Address minor plumbing and electrical issues (e.g., changing fixtures, replacing outlets, fixing drips/leaks). - Complete general handyman tasks as needed (e.g., hanging fixtures, minor door/window repair). - Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and supplies are cared for. Installation and service technician needed. Steel/Alum. MIG welding required. Individual must be able to learn all facets of the product installation and repair. Installing and repairing a variety of truck/trailer tarp systems. These systems include flatbeds, dumps, and a variety of other trailer types. Must be mechanically inclined and experienced using a variety of different types of tools. Will train the right candidate.
