Sewer Repair & Jetting Technician (Euclid)

Sewer Repair Specialists Mr Driveway Cleveland Metro Area Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable sewer technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and repairing sewer systems while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with jetting, snaking, camera, and high-pressure jetting equipment. Key Responsibilities Sewer & Drainage Services • Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clear blockages in sewer and storm lines • Perform sewer line camera inspections and diagnostics • Clean central sewer lines to include removing roots, grease, and debris from drainage systems • Conduct test location services using camera and sonar technology General Plumbing Services • Perform emergency water removal using power pumps • Install and replace hot water tanks (various sizes and configurations) • Clean downspout lines and drainage systems • Snake and auger kitchen sinks, vanities, tubs, showers, toilets, etc • Install cleanouts on main stacks Required Qualifications Technical Skills • Experience with sewer and drainage systems maintenance and repair • Knowledge of high-pressure jetting equipment operation • Familiarity with sewer camera inspection technology • Basic plumbing skills including snake/auger operation • Ability to operate power pumps and water removal equipment Communication & Customer Service • Professional customer service approach • Communicate effectively with customers about service needs and pricing • Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in simple terms • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor • Provide transparent pricing estimates using established rate structure • Capability to work independently and make sound decisions Driving & Legal Requirements • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no convictions) • Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely • Must pass background check • Preferred: Residence within 15 miles of Euclid, OH for efficient response to service calls Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly • Comfortable working in confined spaces (basements, crawl spaces) • Ability to work in various weather conditions • Physical stamina for occasional digging or manual labor What We Offer • Competitive hourly wage based on experience • Opportunity for overtime and emergency call compensation • Company vehicle and equipment provided • Training on specialized equipment and techniques • Growth opportunities within expanding business • Work with established pricing structure and professional systems Work Environment • Indoor and outdoor work in various conditions • Residential and commercial service calls • Emergency response availability required • Cleveland Metro area service territory ________________________________________ Mr Driveway / Affordable Water Proofing & Sewer is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing professional sewer and waterproofing services throughout the Cleveland Metro area.
