We have a fleet that includes heavy duty sweeping trucks and parking lot sweepers, Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing oil changes, repairing tires, and have a strong background in automotive maintenance. Experience with diesel trucks is a plus. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality service. Responsibilities: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure proper vehicle functionality. Repair and replace tires, balancing and aligning wheels as necessary. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle problems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Must be available Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. On-call availability a HUGE plus. Benefits: Five paid holidays a year. Sick time. Accrued vacation pay.
