Position Summary We are urgently hiring a Lead Gutter Installer to oversee and execute the installation of seamless rain gutter systems. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, decisive, and committed to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the installation of rain gutter systems on residential and condominium properties Accurately read and follow project plans Install seamless K-style aluminum and copper gutters Supervise and coordinate a team of installers Identify and resolve on-site challenges independently Document project details and maintain installation records Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient use of resources Requirements Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Lead Gutter Installer Proven ability to manage and complete projects independently Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders Familiar with measurement tools, safety protocols, and jobsite logistics Valid driver’s license with a clean record U.S. citizen or holder of a valid work visa Proficient in English (spoken and understood) Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary: $90,000 to $115,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based raises Health insurance Weekly direct deposit Overtime pay after 40 hours Paid time off and holidays Access to modern tools and equipment Year-round stable employment Flight reimbursement after 90 days of strong performance How to Apply We do not accept applications through third-party job boards.
