Location: North County, CA Key Duties: • Ensure that units are clean and in working order in preparation for new residents. • Perform various maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal shape. • As needed, take care of drywall repairs and painting work. • As needed, fix or install sliding closet doors and doors. • Fix or replace fixtures throughout the complex. • Oversee plumbing maintenance, including caulking, brazing, and repairing toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and snaking drains. • As needed, replace ceiling fans, outlets, and switches.
