Guardian has an immediate need for a Maintenance Assistant to join our experienced and committed team at Park Avenue West! Park Avenue West is a conventional apartment community in Portland, OR with 202 units. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Assistant to support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. A Maintenance Assistant’s primary role is to assist and support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property/ies listed above. This will include processing work orders as assigned by the Community Manager/s and/or Maintenance Lead/Supervisor/s which may include routine maintenance of property/ies and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies and procedures. Commercial Construction Superintendent A Superintendent directs the work flow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. Superintendent communicate project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.
