Under general supervision from the Vice President of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for the proper and timely service of all systems installed and/or monitored by JMG (www.jmgsecurity.com). As a field representative, the Service Technician is responsible for a thorough understanding of applicable codes and how they pertain to the proper operation of residential security, commercial security and life/safety systems. In addition, they will also be the liaison between JMG and the customer, responsible for providing customer care that exceeds the customer’s expectations and meets the company standards of performance and professionalism. Our company is looking for someone to install piping on roofs. This job requires you to be comfortable on roofs and have experience with plumbing, plumbing tools, and some electrical work. Requirements: • Experience: 2+ years of experience with plumbing. Does not need to be licensed. • Tools: Own typical tools • Transportation: Reliable truck, van, or SUV with valid auto insurance. • License: Valid driver’s license. • Handyman Skills: Preferred experience in general maintenance. • Language: English (Fluent) • Location: 30-mile radius of Los Angeles. Will pay for gas and insurance. • Physical Ability: Lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders in varied conditions. • Background Check: Required.
