This work is full performed 100% indoors in a warehouse and is a full-time, permanent. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities Trim Installation: Install various types of trim including baseboards, chair rails, wainscoting, window casings, and cabinetry. Precision Work: Accurately measure, cut, and fit trim pieces to ensure clean transitions between surfaces and a polished, professional finish. Exterior Work: Install exterior siding and windows with attention to detail and durability. Interior Work: Hang sheetrock, install vinyl and insulation, and assist with final-stage construction tasks. Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project. Requirements Must pass a tape measure test at Express. Must bring basic tools (tool bag, hammer, tape measure, screwdrivers, etc.). Proficient in using saws and reading a tape measure. Experience with window trim, siding, and finish carpentry is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of recent work history and two professional references ready to be considered. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete high-quality finish work.
