D2B Groups is looking for a reliable and skilled HVAC Installer / Install Leader to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. As an Install Leader, you will oversee installations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Your strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to the success of these projects. Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to code. Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Train and mentor junior installers while fostering a collaborative and positive team dynamic. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the installation process. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions. Conduct site assessments to determine the best HVAC solutions for each project. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions or repair needs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in HVAC preferred. 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation; leadership experience preferred. Valid HVAC certification and EPA license required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
