Position: Retail Store Manager Compensation: Competitive annual compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid training, Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time OFF Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Sales and Leadership: Maximize sales in the assigned retail location by leading a team of Representatives. Utilize best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotional offers, and customer service. Analyze the business of the retail location and implement practices to fulfill goals. Recruit and train sales reps, manage key KPIs from the Sales Report, and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Implement weekly and monthly sales incentives to meet and exceed growth objectives. Work with the Operations team to improve the cost-effectiveness of operations. Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories. Follow cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc. Ensure excellence in customer service with every customer contact. Coordinate with Leadership & Training team to initiate and sustain effective sales channel training and development programs. Operations: Implement and follow cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc. Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories. Customer Satisfaction (NPS): Strive to achieve high Net Promoter Scores with every customer interaction. Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of sales experience required. Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.
