Holiday Lights Inc. is looking to add to their 2025-26 seasonal team. With 20+ years experience lighting in the Bay Area, we pride ourselves in being the go to lighting experts for commercial and residential holiday lighting. If you are looking for an opportunity to maximize your income over the holidays with little to no experience this would be an ideal temporary job for you. Work consists of installing and removing lighting and decorations for the holiday season. Employees must be prepared to work in applicable weather conditions and ready to leave the yard with crew at set times. Looking for employees that work well with other team members, are capable of following directions, work orders, etc. We are looking to hire applicants who can climb ladders and work at various heights by way of working on top of roofing, lifts etc. Employment is seasonal, and may require long hours, including possible overtime. Generous hourly rate. Full time work beginning sometime October and absolutely beginning of November 2025 and running into the mid-January 2026 year. Possibility of extending employment for spring and summer as well, although not guaranteed. Duties: · Schedule and Conduct field or office-based loss control underwriting inspection reports · Use company website portal to retrieve assigned work, track status of assigned requests, upload photos, complete assigned inspection forms, any additional detail as requested by our client and submission of completed report for review by Quality Assurance · Use of a personal car, laptop, digital camera, high-speed internet, cell phone and measuring wheel to conduct an assigned inspection · Use strong customer service skills to communicate with policyholders, agents, and appointed contacts to conduct and complete assigned inspections · Conduct Loss Control Surveys at the insured’s locations to identify the property and liability-related hazards and exposures. · Write comprehensive reports utilizing existing templates identifying potential loss conditions, hazards, or concerns and make recommendations to mitigate the exposures identified in the field surveys. · Builds positive working relationships with all points of contact while working, conducting, and completing all assigned inspection requests. Job Summary The Floor Care Technician is responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet (including scrubbing, buffing, carpet extraction, vacuuming, etc.). The Floor Care Technician provides superior cleaning services onsite at Carlson client locations under limited supervision and works in a collaborative relationship with other Carlson Building Maintenance team members. The Floor Care Technician is a representative of Carlson and interacts with customers, store personnel and the public in a respectful and friendly manner.
