About This Role Our Laborers work primarily on our jobsites to fill gaps between subcontractor trades and keep our projects moving safely, on-time and on-budget. Hours are usually 7am-4pm (M-F), 40-hours per week. Overtime is available, and some weekend work may be required. On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include: • Observe all safety requirements on job sites, and actively seek to correct or report safety hazards or infractions • Operate a variety of tools safely, including but not limited to: skill saw, drill, nail gun • Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading construction materials • Assisting in the building or construction of various objects • Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment • Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by the Project Manager • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the Project Manager • Maintain a clean job site • Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need to Succeed: • 1-2 years hands-on experience in residential construction.
