Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen. WA State Driver's License required with good driving record. Essential Job Duties: • Cut, trim, and prepare consumer-sized poultry portions • Cryovac, weigh, and label all processed poultry • Cut and trim according to specifications to ensure quality • Follow USDA regulations and company policies and procedures • Maintain clean workstation and follow supervisor's work instructions daily Work Environment and Exposures: This position will require daily and frequent exposure to a temperature-controlled cold room where safe storage of poultry is possible. Occasional exposure to an outdoor work environment may occur. Noise levels fluctuate but are consistent with a standard indoor food manufacturing production environment. Practical knowledge in the food manufacturing industry is a plus!!
