We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to deliver and install appliances in vacant rental units. You will be responsible for ensuring each appliance is properly delivered, installed, and tested, including making light plumbing and electrical connections as needed. Responsibilities: • Safely transport and deliver appliances to assigned units. • Install appliances (stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers, etc.) according to specifications. • Perform light plumbing and electrical hookups as required. Requirements: • Experience with appliance delivery and installation preferred. • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical connections. • Ability to lift and move heavy appliances safely. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Reliable transportation (PICK TRUCK) and punctuality.
