Join Avant Tech as a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room located in Decatur, GA. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will provide critical care and support to patients experiencing medical emergencies. Your role will be pivotal in assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality emergency care. Key Responsibilities: Triage and assess emergency patients Administer medications and IV therapies Perform phlebotomy, wound care, and line management Assist with procedures and patient monitoring Collaborate with physicians and care teams Provide care for isolation and trauma patients Maintain detailed, timely documentation Support patient education and discharge Requirements Required: Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state) BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE-accredited program 3+ years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or trauma center No more than a 6-month gap in ED/ER practice Preferred: BSN or MSN Experience in high-volume trauma centers Benefits Location: Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA, 30033 Job Type: Full-time | Contract to Hire Contract Duration: 2 years plus Schedule: 3-day work week schedule - 12-hour shifts - 7:30AM - 8PM OR 7:30PM - 8AM (Three 12-hour shifts/week) Competitive Pay
