Liberty Community Programs is looking for a dedicated and passionate Vocational Specialist to join our team in Sugar Grove WV. As a Vocational Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their vocational goals and enhance their employability through hands-on training, job coaching, and collaboration with local employers. Your responsibilities will include assessing clients' skills, interests, and needs; developing individualized vocational training plans; providing direct support during job placements; and working closely with local businesses to create job opportunities.
