Job Description Staff4Me is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components for various projects. As a senior member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the successful execution of electrical designs, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with other engineering disciplines. Key Responsibilities Design, analyze, and validate electrical systems for compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other engineering professionals to ensure project timelines and budget constraints are met. Review and approve electrical design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to optimize design solutions. Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring functionality and compliance with regulations. Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical issues and best practices. Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and integrate innovative approaches into project work. Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and results. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience as an electrical engineer, with a focus on design and project execution. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and practices, including NEC and ANSI requirements. Proficient with design and simulation software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent tools. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. Experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable.

Lead Protection & Controls Engineer
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Protection & Controls Engineer in LaBella’s Program Management Services Division at our client’s office in Rochester, NY. The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.  Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Responsibilities Perform detailed review of all existing protection schemes present in the subject area to incorporate into new design. Special areas of focus are anti-islanding schemes, generator intertie settings, SPS schemes, etc. (anything outside of normal). Basically, the goal is to ensure that we don’t remove required protections already in place or at least be aware of how things work today before we modify existing schemes.
