Position Overview: Collaborate with the project management team to plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Assigned Responsibilities: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment on the construction site. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards and assist with field supervision. Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage all project documentation, including submittals, requests for information, contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Manage the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, tracking long lead deliverables, and building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Utilize project management software to track project metrics, update project status, and facilitate communication within the project team. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Support the resolution of construction-related issues, conflicts, and changes in scope, including the submittal and negotiation of contract changes/proposals with subcontractors and/or the owner. Provide support to the project manager in coordinating and leading project meetings. Additional duties as assigned.  Requirements B.S Construction Management / Engineering and / or 3-5 years general construction experience required.  Proven understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic construction environment. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members. Travel to project sites may be required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be necessary. F.H. About the Role As the Head of Product Implementation you will work in a global team and report to the Senior Director of Product Implementation. Ideally you’ll be based in the Dallas area, however we are also open for you to be based remotely in the US. You will be focused on implementation work in North America and manage a small team of implementation specialists for the region. Within the region you will be accountable for end-to-end planning and execution for client onboarding across our product range. This will include working with, and managing delivery by, teams across the business (e.g. commercial, marketing, product, engineering, success, support, finance, etc), channel partners and integration partners. This is a ‘hands on’ role, you will directly engage with clients, configure products, deliver training and solve problems. Your KPIs will focus on speed, efficiency, repeatability, scalability of and client satisfaction with product implementation. Core Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent client implementations, from initial sales handoff through to product configuration, launch, post-implementation review and transition to BAU (client success & client support) Partner with commercial teams to shape implementation scope during pre-sales process Allocate implementation workload across the team (including yourself) Develop implementation plans by tailoring playbooks to the unique needs of each implementation Manage client relationships, align expectations, gather information and run regular client meetings Configure products and QA configuration to ensure it functions as expected  Coordinate and manage deliverables from across the business (commercial, marketing, product, engineering, success, support, finance, etc) in alignment with the implementation plan and other priorities across the business Manage integration partners and suppliers to ensure delivery to overall timelines Collaborate closely with channel partners and ensure successful delivery for both the partner and end-client Work closely with product and engineering to define operational processes for new products/features and surface client requirements for roadmap consideration Monitor and review work output of your team Act as a senior escalation point for complex client implementations and problem resolution. Summary On Premise Products is looking to hire mig welders. 1st shift 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. The applicant is responsible for completing mig welding. Capability test during interview. Essential Functions - Complete sheetmetal and tubing, cutting, facing, and bending tasks based on drawings and work instructions - Align, fit, and assemble components in jigs and fixtures for subsequent welding. - Set up and operate variety of manual and power machines to cut, form, swage, flare, and burr tubing according to specifications. CNC experience a plus. - Attach fittings, such as nuts, sleeves, collars, and caps, to tubing components, using hand tools and machines - Perform in process quality assurance activities and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards - Removes minor imperfections by use of mechanical or manual methods according to approved process instructions Education, Experience, and Skills - High school diploma or equivalent - 5+ years of related experience with at least 3 years of experience as a tube fabricator; or combination of related experience and education - Must have strong English communication skills to understand verbal and written instructions - Able to read and understand drawings, work instructions and technical documents and specifications as necessary to perform the job functions - Ability to measure, cut, or work on items with accuracy - Experience with welding equipment including but not limited to: cold saw, pneumatic tools, portable band saw, grinders.
