This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys maintaining beautiful spaces, and provides excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities: Assist with light property maintenance and upkeep. Support guest turnover and cottage preparation. Conduct inspections to ensure high cleanliness and quality standards. Help with organization of supplies and inventory. Report any maintenance issues promptly. Occasionally assist with guest needs or requests on-site. Requirements: Must be extremely detail-oriented and dependable. Reliable transportation is required. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Comfortable with light physical tasks (walking the property, lifting small items, etc.) Friendly, professional demeanor—guest-friendly attitude a plus.
