Attends meetings and takes notes of discussions; prepares initial drafts of minutes and summaries. Prepares documents, reports, tables, and charts, and distributes them as appropriate. Prepares, reconciles, and submits expense reports accurately and on time. Completes a variety of special projects, including creating PowerPoint presentations, special reports, and agenda materials.
