COMMUNITY ACCESS CONTROL We are a small upscale residential community, seeking customer service professional for gated neighborhood in western Colorado Springs near Garden of the Gods. Full and part-time positions (20 to 40 hours weekly) available. Full medical/dental/vision benefits included. Starting pay of $15 to $17 per hour and up, depending on qualifications, with a $0.50 raise following six months of successful performance of duties. Duties include: • Controlling access to the neighborhood and managing package deliveries • Providing highest level of customer service in person and by phone • Maintaining safety reports and logs, and patrolling the neighborhood • Calling police, fire, and medical personnel, as necessary • Any other duties as identified by the Manager. Candidates must possess the following skills and attributes: • Be able to pass a background check as well as pass an initial drug screening • Valid driver’s license • Computer and tablet skills • Communications skills, both verbal and written, in English. The Garage is looking for a receptionist. This is a part-time/full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with a salary range of $16-18/hr, that requires a mix of front-desk responsibilities and administrative support. The Garage offers major medical insurance and paid vacation. Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls and emails. Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice entry and document management. Greet and assist customers professionally. Organize and maintain office files and supplies.
