Music practice room sublet (Ballard)

We are looking for one to join, or some individuals or even a duo. We are in the building next to Substation, in Ballard. Right now Wednesday night is open and Thursday is also opening up next month. There is also open time on the weekends. The room measures approximately 9' x 21', fits up to 4 people comfortably, and is clean and organized. We have a shared kit, bass combo amp, and a PA in the room, and there is some shelving for storage. Attention, however: We do not have space to store drum sets or large amps such as stacks and/or fridges. Rent information: Rent is $50-$350/month First and last month's rent is due at move-in. First month's rent is proratable. Rent is paid electronically, e.g. Venmo Move-out requires one month notice. If interested, please send an email and introduce your awesome self.
