$900 / 1br - RV Trailer for Rent on Farm (Ramona)

We have a 2018 19’ travel trailer available for a short term basis, on our fully fenced, private, 2 acre property in Ramona. I am looking to rent the space for $1200 per month which would include water, electricity and trash. You would need to buy your own propane. There is an opportunity for working around the place in exchange for reduced rent. Things like weeding, gardening, raking, painting projects, cleaning pens, basic yard work, yard art projects, splitting firewood, weed whacking, etc. These are some examples of things we do that we would need help with, about 14 hrs( no more, usually less), or so a month. Rent would be $900 with help. There is a private drive to the space and an outdoor patio w/ fireplace-nothing fancy. We raise dairy goats for milk, ducks for eggs, grow our own herbs, which we would be happy to share, and have a small garden you could utilize. Our property backs up to hills, boulders, oak trees, very quiet. Although you can see other houses across the way, we are tucked back into a dead end road, very safe and quiet. We try to be as organic and eco-friendly as possible, looking for the same. Great for tiny house, minimalists or rv living enthusiast. Ideal person would like to learn more about animals/farm life or have experience with it, enjoys the outdoors/country life, and be able to help out with the animals and yard work. We are in a quiet neighborhood, so no parties, loud music, coming and going at all hours, or drama. This is for a responsible, respectable, employed, hard working, non-smoking, single person, as there is only 1 queen murphy bed, but possibly a couple. This is for a short term, temporary time. This will be month to month, so no locked in lease. We use this trailer as a guest house when family & friends come, hence the temporary time frame.
