Looking to add an amazing RDA to our fast paced yet fun practice. We value each patient and treat them like family. Currently we are looking for Tuesdays 7:30-5, Wednesday 6:30-3:30, Thursdays 7:30-5 and Fridays 7:30-1. Tuesdays will be 6:30-4 starting in April. We can be flexible with the start date. Our assistant of 20+ years will be available to train our new employee. All inquiries will remain confidential. Duties Can Include: - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Set up and prepare dental instruments and materials (we do have a sterilization tech who does this for you) - Take digital x-rays (Dexis) - Invisalign - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Sedation cases - Cosmetic Cases ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a RDA with x-ray license - Knowledge of medical terminology, dental procedures, and diagnosis coding - Experience with medical imaging software and dental practice management software (Dexis + Dentrix) is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality - Ability to work well in a team environment We are excited to meet you ! To work as a supervisor in charge when administrator is out of the building. A 6 bed home. No lifting, light PCA, mentoring, cooking, cleaning and ability to work with various mental health diagnosis. Great residents. No behavioral issues. $15 to start.
