Schedule Shifts include Monda through Sunday, AM and PM shifts available What to Expect as a Server -Greet guests warmly upon entry into restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere -Accurately enter guest orders by guiding them through the menu, offering suggestions, and ensuring a seamless dining experience -Assist guests with any additional needs or requests related to their meal -Support the greeter in seating guests in an efficient and courteous manner -Deliver food, beverages, and utensils to guests promptly and accurately -Garnish and dispatch dishes to the correct tables, ensuring presentation and order accuracy -Provide bottle service to guests when applicable -Bus tables as needed -Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area, as well as in shared spaces with the Back of House team -Complete opening and closing duties, as well as any additional side work required to ensure smooth operations -Assume additional responsibilities as delegated, contributing to the overall success and operational efficiency of the company About You -Must be 18 years of age or older to handle alcoholic beverages -Ability to work effectively as part of a team -Previous cash handling experience is preferred -Prior experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is required; experience with Toast is a plus -Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written -Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions, providing change, and processing refunds -Hospitality is at the heart of everything Physical Requirements -Prolonged periods of standing and walking -Must be able to lift, balance, and to carry items weighing up to 50 pounds Transparent Hospitality is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
