About You Some duties involve: • Leading and managing kitchen operations • Developing menus • Ordering and sourcing ingredients and dry goods • Overseeing inventory and cost control • Training, mentoring, and managing kitchen staff • Maintaining high standards of consistency and quality • Hiring kitchen staff • Scheduling all BOH staff This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the dedication, creativity, and discipline it takes to run a kitchen at a high level.
