Our guests enjoy a unique experience, including meals served directly to their seats alongside premium wines and handcrafted cocktails. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in food service. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. • Maintain food quality and consistency in line with company standards. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. • Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative, efficient team. • Manage inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages. • Monitor waste and implement cost-saving measures to reduce overproduction. • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. • Promptly and professionally address guest concerns about food quality or preparation. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry. • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards. • Ability to work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a theater that operates 365 days a year. • Capability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. • ServSafe certification (or ability to pass Manager ServSafe test). • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, with the vehicle remaining on-site during shifts. • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Must be able to pass a Background Check.
