Food Server (Atlanta)

Overview We’re seeking a friendly and customer-focused Food Server to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for customer service and some experience in a restaurant or live music venue, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities - Warmly greet guests and seat them at tables. - Present menus and explain specials or menu items. -Take Accurate food and beverage orders. - Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu. - Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism. - Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, emphasizing special requests and restrictions - Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. - Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals. - Maintain a clean and organized section. - Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware and lighting table candles. - Present bills to guests and process payments accurately - Collaborate and assist other teammates when needed Requirements - Previous serving experience required. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work as part of a team. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to go up and down a flight of stairs as well as lift up to 25 pounds.
