We are a family run pizza shop in the heart of Squirrel Hill looking a new experienced pizza cook to join our team. This is a full time position, 5 days with Fri and Sat being a must (ie non negotiable). We are closed on Sundays. A knowledge of Wine is required and a minimum of 4 years full-service sit down fine dining restaurant experience. The position does require 2 weeks of paid training and passing of a Food and Cocktail exam. Must have lived in CO for at least 6 months. Ambli does have a Tip Pool.
