The Perlant is a private social club rooted in wine. We are building a community for our members through shared experiences and exceptional food, wine and hospitality Position Summary The Concierge is a key ambassador of The Perlant brand, serving as the personal liaison for members and guests. This role ensures a seamless arrival experience, manages member preferences and special requests, and coordinates across departments to deliver refined, personalized service. The Concierge supports both daily operations and event execution, consistently upholding the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and warmth that define The Perlant. Member and Guest Relations Greet members and guests by name upon arrival and ensure a warm, professional welcome. Manage and confirm reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests. Provide concierge-level service by assisting with inquiries, coordinating experiences, and anticipating member needs. Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor, reinforcing trust and brand values. Front Desk & Club Operations Support Oversee front desk operations, including arrivals, check-ins, and reservations. Ensure facilities (dining areas, lounges, private dining rooms, restrooms) are properly set and maintained. Monitor member satisfaction, addressing issues promptly and escalating to management when needed. Maintain detailed records of member preferences and update systems accordingly VIP & Event Coordination Manage and track VIP arrivals, ensuring managers and sommeliers are alerted for personalized greetings. Support event coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and special touches that elevate the member experience. Act as a liaison across departments (Membership, Events, Wine, F&B, BOH) to ensure seamless execution. Communication & Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with kitchen, FOH staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow. Support training and mentoring of new staff to uphold The Perlant’s standards of excellence. Build member relationships through proactive outreach, including personal calls and emails where appropriate. Skills & Attributes Experience: 3+ years in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private clubs (concierge experience preferred). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal skills with the ability to build strong member relationships. Knowledge: Familiarity with food, wine, and beverage pairings; certifications a plus. Professionalism: Polished, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in service and etiquette. Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with a service-first approach, anticipating and exceeding member needs. Flexibility: Adaptable and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a member-driven environment.
