This position involves a variety of tasks related to cleaning, custodial duties, and general light maintenance. Escalate visitor concerns, animal needs or issues as appropriate. Communication and Culture: Communicate in a positive and professional manner with visitors, other employees, and volunteers. Utilize multiline phone system and Language Line phone service. Must be comfortable handling a variety of animals with a wide range of behavioral and medical needs, including the use of humane euthanasia.
