Description

We are searching for a Labor Compliance Admin/ Certified Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position plays an integral role in supporting the ongoing functions of the company. The candidate must be a dedicated, organized, self-motivated individual who strives for success. This individual must be able to work well with others as well as handling tasks alone in a fast past environment. Position is a minimum 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Although Labor Compliance and certified payroll reporting will be the priority. This individual will also assist in some to all office tasks. Those tasks can include but are not limited to: • Accounts Receivable • Collections • Accounts Payable • Payroll • Certified Payroll / Labor Compliance • OCIP Reporting • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations • Airport Badging • Month End Financials • Contract Preparation • Filing/Phone calls • Tracking Certificates Qualifications: • Previous Labor Compliance / Certified Payroll experience (2 years preferred) • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Proficient Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office • Previous construction office experience a plus • Basic Accounting / Quickbooks experience a plus Benefits: • Hourly pay of $22 - $30 per hour (DOE) • Medical, Dental & Vision Health Coverage • 401k/401k Match • Paid Sick Leave • Paid Vacation.
