Schedule: Tuesday -Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Saturday: 9am to 5pm) Contributions: 1-2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager (100 units+). Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations. Computer knowledge: MS Office and online leasing (Yardi, Yieldstar and Rent Café). Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, owners and vendors. Possesses a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate and a strong work ethic.
