We are one of the most aggressive brokerage houses in the city and are breaking company records. Currently, we are expanding and looking for new talent. Rental Agent Needed for Showings Only (redwood city)
Attention real estate agents: We are a residential leasing agency, and we’re looking for licensed agents to show our rental listings in Redwood City and surrounding cities on weekends and at least 3 evenings per week. There may also be opportunities to show listings in San Francisco. You won’t have to make cold calls to landlords and you won’t receive a million phone calls from tenants either because we will screen those leads for you! What we’ll do for you: • Get the listings • Photograph and advertise the property • Screen leads and offer showings to you via Google Calendar • Give you all the details on the properties • Prepare the properties so they show well • Process applications • Execute leases • Pay your E&O insurance (approx $450/year) What’s expected from you: • Be available for showings at least 3 weekends per month (~9am-5pm) and at least 3 weekday evenings per week (~4pm-8pm), and provide us with your availability at least one week in advance • Instruct applicants on how to apply for rental properties • Answer questions about the properties (all property details will be provided to you) • Prepare offers to present to landlords • Enjoy meeting a lot of people, listening to their needs and cross-selling them to other listings that may be a better fit • Summarize feedback from showings on a daily basis that we can report to the property owner • Meet tenants at rented properties for an additional showing if requested, for taking measurements, etc. • Meet tenants for key hand off at move in if necessary • Pay your own expenses (except for E&O insurance) Requirements: • Must be licensed to practice real estate in CA • If you have a Salesperson’s license, it must be hung with our brokerage and no other • If you have a Broker’s license, it can be hung with our brokerage as well as others • Professional demeanor and appearance • Punctuality is a MUST • Stellar communication skills • Take a virtual 2 hour Fair Housing class specific to renting (we'll pay for this) Interested?
