Flash Mob For Birthday July 18th (New Orleans)

So this is a little out there but thought this a good forum for it. My good friend is coming to spend her birthday here in Nola and loves all the flash mob videos and was involved in 1 a while back in NYC. Anyways I thought a great idea for a birthday surprise would be to get some folks together to sing Happy Birthday to her on the street. Maybe The Quarter? Anyone interested in participating? Would be nice to make new friends too?? I couldn’t pay you all but would supply some beverages and snacks. Any interest? July 18th at 7pm or so
