As our Activities Director, you’ll create meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents. Your role is all about fostering joy, connection, and a sense of community. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: • Planning fun, interesting, and creative activities. • Interacting with residents to keep them engaged and uplifted. • Building a strong sense of community among residents. • Coordinating with care staff to ensure everyone’s needs are met. • Communicating efficiently and effectively with team members and residents. • Supporting residents’ mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being. • Organizing events and gatherings to bring people together. • Collaborating with volunteers and community organizations to keep things fresh and exciting. -Checking in with residents to monitor their well-being and provide individual attention.
