Lost Dog 'Ruby' (Lake City)

Ruby is a Ridgeback who is a little shy around people. A pitbull attacked her by the Lake City Library and the pathetic owner of the Pitbull, apparently named Turtle, hit Ruby over the head with a board. I'm sure she is hiding and afraid!
