Responsibilities: * Draft and review contracts. * Draft and revise corporate founding documents and applications for state and federal exemption. * Ensure ongoing corporate compliance at the federal and state levels. * Drafting of policies, procedures, and legal documents for nonprofit organizations. * Provide governance advice and counsel. Qualifications: * J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the state of California. * 3-6 years of legal experience, with exposure to non-profit law * Strong commitment to the mission-driven sector and a passion for social impact.
