This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with clients, and collaborating with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities The estate settlement attorney works in person at our office in Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities include: • Conducting consultations with potential clients regarding the estate settlement process • Converting consultations into client engagements • Leading progress meetings and maintaining ongoing client communication • Collaborating with internal team members to ensure smooth case administration • Drafting pleadings, accountings, correspondence, and settlement agreements • Maintaining accurate records in PracticePanther, our Client Relationship Management system Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $85,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience • Schedule: Full-time, in-person • Training & Mentorship: Comprehensive training in estate settlement, including court procedures, conflict resolution, and estate tax preparation • Professional Development: Dedicated budget for continuing education and personal growth • Insurance: Health (Kaiser), dental, vision, life, and long-term disability • Paid Time Off: 29 days in the first year (including 9 federal holidays, 10 firm closure days, and 10 floating days) • Retirement: Industry-leading 401(k) with 4% company match How to Apply To apply, please email the following documents as separate PDFs to jobs@nwlegacylaw.com: • Cover letter • Resume • Writing sample (3–8 pages, written within the past year)
