At Sabey, collaboration and ingenuity aren’t just encouraged—they are the foundation for excellence.    Summary:  The IT Help Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT Support team, ensuring prompt resolution of help desk inquiries, maintaining IT systems and user equipment, coordinating IT support projects, and acting as the first escalation point for complex technical issues. This role includes team leadership, training, scheduling, vendor coordination, and maintaining Sabey’s world class standard of customer service. The IT Help Desk Supervisor will also serve as a coordinator between frontline support and IT leadership.     What you will be doing:   Supervise and mentor the IT Support Team.   Monitor and assign helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.   Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.   Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.   Coordinate and manage IT support projects.   Maintain documentation for support procedures, systems, and checklists.   Track performance metrics and contribute to performance evaluations.   Assist with vendor coordination and procurement for IT equipment and services.   Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.   Represent the support team in IT departmental meetings.   Perform other duties and functions as assigned.   Embody and promote Sabey’s Core Values in all responsibilities.     Requirements:  4+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in a managerial or lead technician role.   A+ certification or equivalent technical certification required.   Associate’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience preferred.   Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.   Expert troubleshooting on Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other common enterprise software applications.   Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and Microsoft InTune.   Experience managing a ticketing system and reporting on service desk performance.   Experience with AI tools and solutions is a plus.       Sabey’s investment in YOU:  Sabey is committed to building an enduring, next-generation company that values and invests in the success of its team members.
