I am looking for a full time assistant to assist with the following - 1. Answering phones, managing correspondence (emails, phone calls), scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, preparing and organizing documents, and managing paperwork. 2. Responding to client inquiries, providing information about properties, coordinating showings, and following up with potential clients. 3. Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, updating property listings, managing social media presence, and coordinating open houses. 4. Assisting with the closing process, preparing necessary documents, and coordinating with other parties involved in the transaction (e.g., lenders, inspectors). 5. Maintaining office supplies, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace, and assisting with general office tasks as needed. I am also looking for licensed real estate agents to join my team.
