Selling my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 with 270k miles. It runs and drives well, has had a ton of recent maintenance, and has professionally welded frame stiffeners. Great for a trail rig, winter 4x4, or budget daily that can take a beating. The Good: 4.0L inline-6 – runs strong, no overheating Auto trans rebuilt in 2023 New radiator, starter, alternator New shocks, leaf springs, shackles New camshaft position sensor & steering shaft Rear frame rust repaired & undercoated Iron Rock Offroad frame stiffeners professionally welded in JCR Offroad gas tank skid Touchscreen stereo w/ Android Auto & CarPlay LED headlights + aftermarket turn signals All windows work, heater works, hatch struts hold up Factory roof rack Replacement fender flare included (driver side is missing) The Not-So-Perfect: Slight coolant in oil - hasn’t worsened, no overheating, just keep an eye on coolant level and change oil promptly. Transfer case makes noise, still drives fine, but would not recommend cross-country trips. A/C doesn’t work - there is a leak somewhere, compressor was replaced a few years ago.
