Head Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic – Full-Time 📍 Conway, Arkansas We are looking for an experienced and dependable Head Mechanic to run our full-time shop in Conway, Arkansas. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take charge of maintaining both heavy construction equipment and our fleet of work trucks. If you’re skilled in diagnostics, repair, and keeping machines and vehicles job-ready—and you’re organized, motivated, and trustworthy—this is the opportunity for you.
