Receptionist/Administrative assistant needed at a small construction company in San Jose (right next to 880 and down the street from 101), we all wear many hats here as we are a small, but very busy office. Must like and have no allergies to dogs; must be OK with dust, dirt, and (during the winter) mud; and a sense of humor is highly desired! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Answering, screening, directing calls · Typing proposals/letters, etc. . Project folder set-up/filing · Assist Estimating/Project Management team · Preliminary notices for construction projects · Office supply orders · Process mail and distribute packages, etc. Must be proficient in Word and Excel, able to multitask, a team-player, consistent attendance, with the ability to cross train and assist where needed. Desired but not required: Construction background, Bilingual (English & Spanish), OCIP/CCIP experience a plus, Sage experience
