We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused bookkeeper and office administrator to become part of our team at our office. This is a full-time position for someone who is adept at managing financial records and is eager to help us succeed. Responsibilities: • Keep financial records up to date, including accounts payable and receivable. • Monitor client payments and manage invoicing. • Welcome and assist clients at the front desk (low traffic). • Handle phone calls. • Support court filing and scheduling. • Perform general office administration and other tasks as required. Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. • Capability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
